Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a fit-out contractor focused on the retail sector who have a client base worth millions.

As a market leader within the Retail Fit Out and Refurbishment industry who  have seen their workforce grow at a rapid rate due to high demand for their services our clients are now looking to recruit a talented QS.

If you want the opportunity to further your career and work with some of the UK's largest Blue Chip companies then this is the job for you. Suitable candidates will have proven past record of:

• Overseeing multiple projects at any one time with typical values of between £1 million & £10 million per project
• Coordinating and managing all financial aspects on each project awarded to them whilst working in conjunction with the technical department
• Sending out all necessary tender packages and evaluation of all subcontract prices received to put forward suitable sub-contract
• Issuing SCA to commercial manager to check that all documentation has been provided
• Requesting from sub-contractors, site specific scope of works and method statements
• Preparing and issuing sub-contract documentation relating to orders
