Project Manager - Fit Out

Our client is acknowledged as one of the UK’s leading specialists in interior design space planning and commercial fit out who works primarily in London, Surrey and the South East. They are currently looking to recruit a new Project Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working within the commercial and retail fit out industries
Possess excellent communications skills and be able to liaise with Clients whilst on site
Must be able to take-off quantities for essential materials such as Partitioning, Floor Finishes, suspended ceilings etc and ensure all materials are delivered to site on time
Have the ability to organize tradesmen and subcontractors and ensure quality of works on Site
Be able to achieve completed Projects to the satisfaction of the Client
Must be able to monitor and ensure profitability of completed Project
Must be aware of all current Health & Safety requirements
