Project Manager

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest growing property development companies during a period of high investment and expansion. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join an already establish team.

• The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent with a professional qualification in either Building Surveying, Project Management or QS
• You will be involved with mainly new build commercial and residential schemes ranging in value from £2m to £11m. Fit out projects will usually have a typical value of £150K to £500K
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven project management skills overseeing similar new build and refurb projects
• Have the ability the manage several projects at different stages in the life cycle of a development
• You will have a track record of timely and efficient project delivery as well as being a strong team player who is results driven
• Ensure client satisfaction and engender relationship to induce further project opportunities
