Project Manager

Our client is one of the countries leading construction firms with a portfolio which covers numerous sectors including the leisure, retail and commercial industries.

Due to planned growth our clients are actively looking to recruit a Project Manager to further develop their business.

• The purpose of the role is to safely manage and control site activities to a satisfactory completion, liaise with the client and ensure that projects are completed to a high standard. 
• The successful candidate will be required to have an involvement in pre-tender and design stages of contracts and to manage the on-site project team, including sub-contractors, suppliers and designers. 
• They will also be required to monitor site expenditure and a high level of competence in all areas of Project Management is essential. 
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of being involved in projects ranging from £1M to £20M.
• Good communication skills and a knowledge of Health & Safety procedures are also required.
