You will be responsible for carrying out on-site health and safety inspections, writing reports, delivering ‘tool box talks’ and assisting in the continuous improvement of the Company’s working practices and procedures.
In addition to the above, you will be responsible for raising quality standards across the organisation, including the quality of workmanship on site, therefore a keen eye for detail is essential.
To succeed in this role it is assumed you will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the CDM Regulations, be NEBOSH certified and have a background in Quality Management. A background in Shopfitting / retail fit-out or construction would be advantageous.
