Contracts Manager

To join the company’s successful Contract Management Team you will need a background in managing several Shopfitting or interior fit-out projects simultaneously and be prepared to travel between sites across the UK.

• Knowledgeable in the requirements and practical implications of the CDM Regulations, and preferably with a trade background, 
• You must possess the necessary commitment and enthusiasm to drive projects forward to completion. 
• As a Contract Manager you will work closely with site employees, sub-contractors and clients; communication and interpersonal skills are therefore essential. 
• To succeed in this position you must be able to motivate a team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard as these are the deliverables on which your performance will be assessed.
