Our client is a top 10 blue chip contractor. This client operates in 3 key business streams - Health, Education & Retail. The retail arm currently turns over around £50 Million and the plan is to grow this to £150 Million over the next 4 years. The companies works with 3 key retail clients and are now seeking a strong Project Manager work on an £8 Million retail project in the West Midlands.
This project is one of their flagship Midlands developments. The ideal candidate will have a retail background and a proven track record in working on projects from circa £4 Million plus.
