Top 3 UK retail contractors, working with all the major blue chip retailers throughout the UK. Projects are usually up to £10Million in value and are a mix of extensions, new builds, refurbs, and refreshes. This client is a market leader and has a current turnover of circa £150Million.
Due to recent projects won and a lot of work predicted for 2008, they are seeking a Contracts Manager, ideally with a retail background, to cover the South of the UK. This role will be a mix of office, site and client visits and will report into one of the Retail Directors. This client offer superb salary and flexible benefits packages and have a very low staff turnover and a market reputation of being an excellent company to work for.
