New Business Manager POP/POS
Our client is a leading POS/POP Design & Manufactures based in the East Midlands. They are currently seeking a New Business Manager to report to the Sales & Marketing Director.
- To introduce and develop new clients into the companies large portfolio. Clients to target will include FMCG brands and retailers that regularly use the services of one or a combination of companies offering. i.e Sales Promotion, Point of Purchase, Brand Communications.
- To manage and keep updated the new business tools required to target potential customers.
- Undertake all necessary activity involved in winning new accounts – including cold-calling, letter writing and follow-up calls
- To initially manage the day to day workload of successfully converted accounts, with a view to handing them over to the account management team within a given timeframe. This timeframe will be agreed with the Sales & Marketing Director and will vary from account to account depending upon the client requirements and the level of available resource within the account management department.
- Brief in design and costing’s and get these to the client on time
- Exceed client’s expectations of service by giving them a proactive and efficient service and obtain regular evaluation/reviews of the account and the companies service.
- Effectively carry out system administration and updates daily, including both job (briefs, invoicing, sales forecasting, etc) and staff (timesheets, expenses, etc) information.
- Preparation of quotations and when required communication of these to clients.
- Client facing responsibility to attend external meetings, pick up new briefs, and presentations of project visuals when required.
