Our client are a leading exhibition design and build company with 25 staff. They are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join their busy team – you will be responsible for admin staff also as well as having a full understanding of heath and safety on and off site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression and a new challenge. You must have an exhibition background ideally someone who is already working in this role or similar.
As part of the Project Management team you will manage the delivery of complex exhibition and event installations including project planning, financial management, project monitoring and procurement of goods. This involves appointing and managing sub contractors to ensure the installation is built to specification, sourcing all materials, equipment, furniture and accessories according to the agreed design and technical specification. A key part of the role is managing the client relationship on site liaising directly between the client and organiser and facilitating issues and problems to resolution. You will need to be able to respond to last minute changes in plan and specification and ensure that these are maintained within budget.
