The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for handling initial enquiries by phone and e mail. They will need to ask pertinent questions whilst working in a busy office and therefore will need to be extremely organised. You will be responsible for producing quotes, researching prices and materials and coordinating deliveries and crew. They will need a general understanding of the events industry and an ability to work to often tight deadlines.
You will be mostly based at the office and workshop, but there would be potential for the right person to advance to a more senior position. The individual should be:
