Senior Project Manager
An established and respected 'blue chip' agency of the events industry requires two Senior Project Managers to handle the work on newly acquired accounts. The successful candidate will manage, support and develop a team of people to the highest possible standard in file preparation and event management.
The candidate will be responsible for the management, operation and delivery of successful, exceptional events with profit, through effective people and logistical management.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Conduct the performance Management Process with direct reports
- Increase the productivity and effectiveness of the project team.
- Resource Management
- Day to day client contact relating to specific events and ensuring quality and accuracy of communications with key client personnel
- Financial Management of Events
- Scope Management
- To be responsible for effective resource management / allocation of event and associated personnel
- On site event co-ordination of logistics
- On site event co-ordination of people
- File Management in line with Standard Ops Procedure
