Logistics Project Manager
Our Client is a leading communications agency delivering creative solutions across a variety of disciplines. They are now looking to expand their award winning team with the appointment of a Logistics Project Manager within the events team.
- 5 years event industry background in a Logistics Management role
- The ability to manage a variety of tasks including registration, flights, transfers, F & B, accommodation, external venues, VIP’s and activities
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Hands-on approach to pitches including proposal writing
- Background of preparing detailed budgets and management of same
- Proven negotiation track record
- In-depth knowledge of venues and ability to perform and prepare recommendations for complex venue searches
- The flexibility to travel overseas and work from other agency locations in the UK
