Mid to Senior Screen Printer - Shift Leader

Our client is a leading display, design and manufacturer of specialised merchandising, point of sale and display solutions. Our client offers expertise and a variety of Point of Sale/Point of Purchase (POS/POP) solutions to the biggest FMCG brands and retailers in the market.

They are currently looking for Screen Printer to join their rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate must demonstrate above average skills and experience in all aspects of print, particularly demanding four colour process screen work. A large format background would be an advantage along with good organisational skills, the ability to meet print deadlines.

You Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years background in screenprinting
Previous responsibility for decision making including assessment of acceptable print quality
Proficient in quick job changeovers and confident setting up 4+ colour process work
You must be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of print techniques and available ink sets. An interest in r&d would be helpful since our client pushes the boundaries of what is possible.
It is essential to have a clear sense of commercial prioritisation, great time management, team work and planning skills together with the integrity, communication and interpersonal skills that come with a true professional’s ability to manage other stakeholders’ expectations and to meet demanding deadlines.
As our client works to very high quality standards an eye for detail is essential.
