Production Manager
Our client is actively seeking a Digital Print Production Manager to join their established large format digital exhibition display company in Kent. A background in large format digital printing is essential, at a managerial level. This accompanied with a general PC & Apple Mac ability and an expert knowledge of custom build exhibition stands, Experiential Marketing, Events, POS and Roadshows.
The managerial role will involve not just overseeing two departments, Printing and Finishing but the understanding of client briefs, interpretation and developing their requirements.
The printing role will include file preparation, producing PDF proofs understanding of print rips, different digital print processes & the ability to troubleshoot.
The finishing role will include laminating, cutting, stock control and other varied responsibilities.
A flexible approach is essential. As a service provider we always work to our clients demands. Basic hours are 9am to 6pm, with the implementation of an early and late shift on a rota basis. Additionally A great opportunity as training will be given in many skills.
We require an honest, hard working, loyal, committed employee with the intelligence to see the potential available to them, from this role.
Attention to detail and organisational skills are critical.
A full clean driving license is required.
