Client Services Executive
Our client is looking to recruit a Client Services Executive, Key skills: Highly customer focused approach; attention to detail; awareness of design creativity; flexible approach; Excellent communication skills; good (internal and external) liaison skills; commercial awareness; project management, time management and organisation skills. Must have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment, work well as an individual or as part of a team and manage client / retailer expectations.
Job Description: Working alongside the Account Manager / Director on designated client accounts, you will be responsible for promoting customer service excellence and ensuring project delivery through effective communication, project management and project tracking skills.
- Main point of contact for all internal departments
- Working with designated permanent or promotional client accounts / major retailers
- After the initial brief, ensure all projects are managed through the business to time, quality and service level expectations (following the guidelines set out in the latest Company Procedural Framework)
- Attend weekly Sales Team Meeting to discuss issues and share ideas
- Produce CPA’s (promotional projects only) at the start of the project and then use proactively on a daily basis to manage client and internal department time (flag any issues relating to internal capacity to Head of Internal Sales)
- Formulate development / production briefs and provide ongoing additional information to ensure projects are managed effectively
- Work with Production QA / relevant internal departments on Sign Off
- Ensure regular project updates are carried out with Account Manager / Director (seamless team)
- Provide regular project status updates to clients / retailers
