Account Manager
Our Client is a leading large format digital company based in the South East. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to manage large in house accounts. The individual should have knowledge in the exhibition graphics/ large format digital sector. The candidate’s key responsibilities will include:
- To build excellent relationships with clients, in order to promote services of large format graphics, exhibition & solutions organisation, and achieve sales targets
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits
- Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets
- Contacting clients by phone/email to take briefs, approve artwork, manage projects and ensure installation/delivery of goods
- Keep up to date with market and customer information
- Visiting trade exhibitions
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations
