Production Controller

Our client is dedicated screen, digital and litho company based in the South East. They are currently seeking a Production Controller to supply and manage POS / digital and litho requirements. Working from the head office this vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to be working face to face with clients taking briefs and developing the relationship across all sites.

To produce work on time to the client specification within the agreed selling price
Customer Communications in regard to actual jobs
Cost Management (Actual Vs Estimated) on individual jobs
Accurate work instruction via MIS system
Delivery of work to customer schedule
Responsible for managing heavy workloads
Be fully conversant with work instructions and quality procedures
Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with working practices and quality procedure
Account manage designated accounts ensuring client requirements are fully understood and translated into measurable and effective briefs
To oversee and monitor individual client accounts, ensuring they run smoothly and that all problems are dealt with effectively
To liaise with internal departments ensuring that all client projects are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
To identify client or new business activity opportunities
A POS/digital /litho background is preferred
