Senior Account Manager

Our client is dedicated Screen, Digital and Litho company based in London. They are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to supply and manage a large supermarket contract for POS requirements. Working from home this vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to be working face to face with clients taking briefs and developing the relationship across all sites.

Responsible for managing one large supermarket account
Be fully conversant with work instructions and quality procedures
Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with working practices and quality procedure
Account manage designated account ensuring client requirements are fully understood and translated into measurable and effective briefs
To oversee and monitor individual client accounts, ensuring they run smoothly and that all problems are dealt with effectively
To liaise with internal departments ensuring that all client projects are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
To identify client or new business activity opportunities
