Project Manager - Studio
My Client is one of the UK most experienced companies in providing specialist services to the events industry, taking the brand images to the public, indoors and out. From festival fields to exhibition halls, musical venues to sports arenas, offering the expertise in all areas of events support offering total quality care. They have an impressive, blue chip client list and a team of people with a strong ‘can do attitude’.
The Project Manager reports to the Head of Department and is responsible for the development and management of key client accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Own all project management on all major technical briefs working with production, design & build and sub-contracted staff (delegating work as necessary), liaising with the client on-site and communicating important information back to the studio.
- Managing approximately 10 major client accounts including initial sales, project management of orders and follow up after delivery
- Ultimately own the work scheduling working closely with the production manager.
- Sales: consulting with the client regarding the full range of services offers, providing quotations and up-selling at every opportunity
- Own all quality control procedures: ensuring service delivery is of the highest quality with procedures in place to gather client feedback appropriately. Developing a close relationship with key clients to ensure is aware of new sales opportunities.
- On-site responsibilities include ensuring staff are respectable and providing a professional service, that equipment is operated in the correct manner and is returned to intact
- Developing knowledge of the print industry, keeping up to date with new materials and products
