Our client is offering the opportunity to join a highly successful manufacturer of printed folding cartons. They have the capability to print up to 6 colour plus UV varnish on a variety of materials and substrates. They currently target well known brand names as well as private label manufacturers in the household goods, cosmetics and food markets.
The company have a strong record of investment in training and technology and provide an environment where the right candidate can fulfill their potential.
The company require an individual to lead the commercial team to the next stage of development and to establish a strong service culture to internal and external customers.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of priority planning, team leadership, peer group respect and forward thinking as well as strong commercial awareness and an understanding of raw materials and estimating.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure are essential.
