Sales Executive

Our client is a long, well established and growing creative design and large format digital graphics specialist with a current turnover in excess of £3 million. Based in London the company has a national client base of some creative agencies but mainly end users in the retail, exhibition, events, museum and interior graphics markets. As well as large format digital, the company offers the design, build and installation of 3D display items, using its own employed teams. The highly skilled core workforce of 11(enhanced by up to 30 contract staff for peak production), means this company’s products are consistently high in quality and creativity. With the ability to take on large and complex orders, customer retention rates are very high.  The Company has recently completed a major investment programme in new large format printing and finishing equipment and premises (Large format print was previously outsourced to the trade). This has created the growth capacity for a successful New Business Sales Executive to fill.Main products and services: 3D display items plus 2D panels for windows and instore, lightbox graphics, graphic murals, Magnetic POS graphics, free standing display units, pop-up and banner stands, vehicle wraps, installation.Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the main sales team, who already have built up a significant and large ‘blue chip’ client base, mainly in retail.
You will work to agreed sales targets and will show a structured approach to building a personal customer base through identifying, targeting and winning new customers.
After winning new customers, there will be an ongoing role to manage and develop these customers in conjunction with the internal account handling team.The right candidate will be self motivated, target driven, excellent communication skills, good I.T. skills and with an ability to generate new significant prospects.
There is significant scope for advancement in the Company, following a successful initial period in large format print.
