Key Account Manager

Our client is a large sign company with offices across the UK. You will report directly to the Group Sales Director and the purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of the company's Sales and Marketing Department through the ongoing development client relationships, ensuring that the key accounts are serviced and administered in line with agreed client expectations. You will develop client relationships and be the first point of contact for any orders/queries on your accounts. You will take and process orders and quotation requests from various clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Dealing with construction & site signage, setting up housing developments sales arenas and also moving into new business and retail etc. Responsibilities will include:

• To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and works orders to our clients as required.
• Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
• Meet customers on site and on our premises to discuss their requirements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with our clients offering superb customer service.
• Closely work with the Graphics and Production team to ensure works orders are completed to the correct specification.
• Effectively communicate and translate all client requirements to the necessary department.
• Solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the client.
• Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
• To carry out any other function necessary for the smooth running of the Sales and Marketing function. 

Signage and graphics background essential and must be located in the East or West Midlands area. This will be a home based role initially. You will need to be from a Sign and Graphics background, be self motivated and have good all round technical knowledge.
