Account Manager - Design / Repro

Our Client is a leading agency offering a one stop consultancy in design, artwork, reprographics, platemaking and proofing in packaging for Branded Goods markets.
They are looking for a London based Account Manager with a proven client facing background in packaging for branded goods.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the smooth running of Accounts by managing internal and external resources to provide a quality artwork service for our client.
Responsible for collecting briefs from customers, organisation of samples and liaising with other departments including Design, Technical, Estimating and Production Coordination as appropriate to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and proactively keeping customers and sales representatives informed of progress.
Make commercial decisions that deliver maximum profitability for the account.
Establish clear processes and communication links to all stakeholders and continually review effectiveness.
Dealing with any complaints and any other issues as requested and ensuring that the appropriate internal procedures are followed at all times.
You should have a proven track record of key account management, as well as possessing a natural flair for new business development.
In particular a background within the FMCG markets and an understanding of a range of packaging products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential as is previous experience in the corrugated packaging industry. You will demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
