Project Manager

Our Client is offering the chance to join a leading packaging design and branding agency as a Project Manager. With an impressive client base, they offer full service of design, artwork and repro from one off speciality packs to full range of lines across multiple pack formats and print processes.

The opportunity has arisen to work with major European Brand Owners in a role which requires living in Germany.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as key liaison between client and company
Project management for projects from artwork design through to print
Collect cross-functional information such as from regulatory, legal, marketing, engineering, manufacturing
Lead and champion the cross functional approval process
Manage communication from multiple locations worldwide
Brief off site production studios
Maintain and manage product launch timelines

Skills:

Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment.
Adobe Acrobat PDF - annotating, comment and review
Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills would be an advantage
Internet-based management tools - used to track, manage and report projects - training will be given
Process driven individual and very organised
Professional, Polite and Effective communicator
Ability to deliver to deadlines – overtime / shift work

The ideal candidate will be from a CSR (Client Service Rep) background in a packaging reprographics / art-working agency or someone who has worked in a project management role within a CPG company. You must have a strong project management background.
