Technical Sales Manager
Our client is a specialist in flexo and digital packaging and packaging systems for specialist healthcare markets. The company is currently looking to recruit a home office based Technical Sales Manager to;
- Improve margin and organic growth with new & existing business customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of the customers needs.
- To be able to negotiate at a very senior level within multinational Pharmaceutical companies
- Must have a good understanding of capital equipment sales and sales proceses
- Provide accurate short, medium and long term forecasts as necessary
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market sector to better influence customers of the benefits of the existing relationship.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with both flexo and digital print processes on a variety of substrates and will also be familiar with production processes for labels, leaflets, cartons and other packaging systems.
The Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years proven sales turnover ideally within a capital equipment company selling into pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical industies.
