Sales Co-ordinator – Flexible Packaging

Our client produces flexible packaging primarily for the food sector. They are currently looking for a Sales Co-ordinator. The main duties include:

• Communicating with customers on all aspects of new and existing designs
• Maintaining customer stock sheets and proactively order prompting
• Issuing invoices and ensuring on time deliveries are achieved
• Supporting Sales Project Managers in all aspects of customer response and internal sales
• Proactively liaising with internal departments to ensure critical paths are achieved
• Dealing effectively with new sales enquiries
• All administration associated with the above including accurately updating bespoke ManagementInformation System

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

• Customer Service experience in a fast moving, demanding environment
• A track record of supporting field sales reps who are working remotely
• Good IT skills especially Excel and Outlook and data input using a management Information System.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise

Experience of the following would also be beneficial:

• Working in the packaging or the food industry
• Managing customer stock sheets.
• Preparation of estimates and prices for different ranges and quantities
