Sales Manager

 

Our client is an international manufacturer of packaging for the food industry. They sell to packer/processor and retailer markets. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for generating new business and to take on responsibility for the external sales team.

 

Duties include;

 

  • Supervise, train, motivate and monitor the team of  Sales Executives 
  • Form and implement strategy for developing markets
  • Have a proven track record in senior sales management
  • Be responsible for generating and developing new business, pricing, forecasting and credit control
  • Liaise with other Directors to ensure customer satisfaction on all levels

 

The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance from the offices with a proven track record of management success within the food packaging market as well as the desire to join a well respected company.
