Sales Office Administrator - Flexible
Our Client is a specialist manufacturer of Flexible Packaging, supplying a range of bags, sacks and shrink and stretch films to a variety of markets. Understanding customer requirements and quickly realising the consequences of new consumer needs and lifestyles is of decisive importance to our client and they are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administartor to join the existing Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining excellent Customer Services
- Confirming all customer orders
- Raising purchase orders as appropriate
- Management of customer specific stock levels.
- Collecting design briefs from customers, organisation of samples
- Liaising with other departments including Design, Technical, Estimating and Production Coordination as appropriate to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and proactively keeping customers and sales representatives informed of progress.
