Customer Services Executive
Our client a well invested and growing packaging manufacturer selling into branded goods markets. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join the team. This is an opportunity to join a team where customer service is second to none. Their focus is on building long term relationships. There is also opportunity within the company for growth into internal or external sales roles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining excellent Customer Services
- Confirming all customer orders
- Raising purchase orders as appropriate
- Management of customer specific stock levels
- Generating new business over the telephone
- Collecting design briefs from customers, organisation of samples
- Liaising with other departments including Design, Technical, Estimating and Production Coordination as appropriate to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and proactively keeping customers and sales representatives informed of progress.
