Customer Services Executive - Cartons

 

Our client offers a range of printed packaging to blue chip clients in a variety of markets. They are recruiting for a Customer Services Executive in an office based role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the administration of all enquiries including estimating, quotations, sales orders, confirmations, works instructions approval, customer support, call-offs, and other contract information, relating to existing, new and prospective customers.
  • Skilful planning will be required to maintain customer service and to achieve the key business objective of minimizing raw material and finished goods stockholding whilst maintaining continuity of supply.
  • To be proactive in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • To issue monthly activity report.
  • To understand and use the company’s pricing strategy at the most beneficial level for long term security of existing business whilst meeting the need to maximize profitability.

 

The ideal candidate will be/have:

 

  • Competent in building strong working relationships and understanding with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to use PECAS and other IT systems.
  • An understanding of packaging specifications including board specifications.
  • An appreciation of the printing process.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
  • Ability to project manage.
