French Speaking Sales Manager

Our client is a well established global company, supplying and manufacturing packaging for FMCG  markets. They pride themselves on top quality customer service from full service design capabilities to the latest in press technology. They are looking currently for an South East based Sales Manager who is fluent in French to deal with International Sales for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Improve margin and organic growth with new and existing business customers through a proactive sales/service relationship. 
• Co-ordinate the development and improvement of service and quality, balancing the need to maintain margin and the need to meet growing customer expectations.
• Manage projects and developments within the business to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market sector to better influence customers of the benefits of the existing relationship.
• Develop and maintain a professional customer relationship to improve the flow of communication, understanding and increase loyalty to the business.
• The successful candidate will have a proven background in the packaging industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
