Our client is at the forefront of the UK’s Self Adhesive Label industry. With a strong reputation for utilising the very latest technologies they have built an enviable reputation within Cosmetics, Toiletries, Healthcare and Specialist Foods sectors.
They are recruiting for an Account Manager based in the South West to be responsible for handling existing accounts and some business development. The role will be partly office based and partly field based.
- Responsible for confirming all customer orders, raising purchase orders as appropriate and where applicable, the management of customer specific stock levels. He/she should liaise with Production Coordinators in respect of stock and third party production respectively.
- Responsible for collecting briefs from customers, organisation of samples and liaising with other departments including Design, Technical, Estimating and Production Coordination as appropriate to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and proactively keeping customers and sales representatives informed of progress.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and communication skills and a background in estimating for the packaging industry, preferably with flexo, digital and hotfoil process knowledge.
