Sales Manager - Corrugated

Our client is a major manufacturer of packaging for food processing and drinks & beverages sectors and a growing reputation in healthcare markets, especially in support of international brands. They currently require a Sales Manager to join this progressive and expanding company.

Duties include;

Supervise, train, motivate and monitor the team of 5 external Sales Executives
Form and implement strategy for developing markets
Have a proven track record in senior sales management
To take team management responsibilities from the Sales Director to free up development into European markets.
Be responsible for generating and developing new business, pricing, forecasting and credit control
Liaise with other Directors to ensure customer satisfaction on all levels

The ideal candidate must have a packaging background with excellent man management skills and good client facing commercial abilities. A proven sales turnover of several million would be required.
