Internal Account Manager - Cartons

Our client is a European market leader in luxury printed folding cartons, with global brand clients in food & household, cosmetics & toiletries, beverage, confectionary, healthcare & industrial. The company is currently looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to:

• Deal with the new enquires brought on by the sales team, through estimating, orders and deliveries.
• Improve growth with existing business customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of the customers needs.
• Develop & maintain new business opportunities to provide clients with the company’s full service offering for current and future business needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market sector to better influence customers of the benefits of the existing relationship.

This position will be a blend of account management and project management with an understanding of customer supply chain. The ideal candidate will secure continued growth of new accounts.
