Customer Services Executive - Labels
Our Client is a leading printer of high quality self-adhesive labels and labelling solutions.They manufacture products for many leading blue chip companies, famous brands, contract packers and industry worldwide supplying key market sectors including Food & Beverage, FMCG, Personal Care, Automotive, Household and Healthcare among many others. They are currently seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining excellent Customer Services
- Confirming all customer orders
- Raising purchase orders as appropriate
- Management of customer specific stock levels
- Generating new business over the telephone
- Collecting design briefs from customers, organisation of samples
- Liaising with other departments including Design, Technical, Estimating and Production Coordination as appropriate to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner and proactively keeping customers and sales representatives informed of progress.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales administration background in a packaging manufacturing environment, preferrably with a good understanding of printed labels, ribbons or thermal transfer printers.
