Sales Director - Print

Our Client is successful print house who offer their well established client base high quality Litho (up to B1) and Digital Print. From a simple brochure or piece of direct mail to complex marketing material there is little this company cannot offer.

As part of their plans for 2010 they are looking to recruit a Sales Director who has the ability to bill as well as look after the existing sales team.

Requirements for this role:

You will have good man management experience
You will be approachable and always willing to lead by example
You will set KPI’s and ensure all staff achieves any given targets
You will hold sales meetings when required
You will work closely with the MD on projects and recruitment
You will have excellent presentation skills and be able to do this in a confident manner
You will work to sales targets
