Sales Director - B1, B2

Our Client is a successful printing company who offer their well established client base in the commercial and publishing sectors, high quality print. They have B1 and B2 capabilities as well as Digital.

As part of their plans for 2010 they are looking to recruit a Sales Director who has the ability to sell as well as managing the existing sales team, you will be in charge of 5 sales people .

Requirements for this role:

You will have sales management experience
Strong motivational skills
You will set KPI’s and ensure all staff achieves any given targets
You will hold sales meetings on a regular basis.
You will work closely with the MD on projects and recruitment
You will have excellent presentation skills and be able to do this in a confident manner
Print industry knowledge is essential
