Account Manager

Our Client based in the South East are a unique IT company which specialises in developing bespoke technology and managed services for marketing and enterprise application. They offer a compelling blend of consultancy, enterprise marketing solutions and digital services to their highly respected entertainment and retail clients. Due to continued success and growth of their business, our client requires an Account Manager with excellent retail and technology knowledge to join the ambitious team to support a number of high profile retail clients.

Responsibilities of this role:

Reporting to Client Services Director
To effectively develop, manage and coordinate IT and related services to nominated key clients.
Ensure that all client service level agreements, requirements and expectations are adhered to and managed in full on a continual basis.
As the focal point of client contact, seek to actively grow the breadth of services, revenue streams and profitability.
Provide strategic support, knowledge and project direction to nominated clients and take ownership of directing nominated team resources (dedicated project management and helpdesk management teams) to support the ongoing needs of the client.

Requirements for this role:

Self starter, motivated and able to take responsibility
Excellent client management and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and write a commercial proposal
Ability to effectively organise and host meetings and deliver minutes and actions
3 years retail knowledge and demonstrate 2 years knowledge in working with technology systems for creative services and marketing supply chains
The successful candidate will be required to travel in and around London to client locations, therefore a driving license would be beneficial.
