Senior Business Development Manager

My client is a leading provider of Transactional Mail solutions to the world's leading Financial, Utility, Telecoms and Communications Organizations. They specialise in the print, mail, and electronically delivery of bills, statements, marketing material, policy statements, summary prospectuses, tax applications, explanations of benefits, and other business-critical customer communications.

Due to continued success and growth they now require a Senior Business Development Manager to join a successful team selling Transactional Mail Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in this industry sector with the ability to pitch to senior level decision makers. You will be responsible for:

Establishing and nurturing solid professional relationships with clients at an executive level
Developing strategic partnerships that will drive and build the company brand
Using extensive technology and commercial knowledge to provide clients with strategic consultation and solutions that are proven to add value to their business model
Expanding expertise with customers in existing and new business areas
Prospecting and cold calling new clients
Preparing tender documentation and presenting to clients

This position requires the successful candidate to have a solid background in new business sales winning contracts ranging from £1000’s to £1,000,000’s.
