Business Manager - Fulfilment / Contact Centre

My client is a £multi million turnover Print and Mail Company with numerous sites throughout the UK.

As part of their 2009 / 2010 growth strategy they are expanding on their existing capabilities and developing specialist mail solutions, warehouse and fulfilment services. A number of services within Fulfilment are currently offered by the company including Contact Centre, Internet Ordering Services, Stock Management Usage, stock and spend reporting, Trend analysis, Product Sourcing, Print Consultancy, Mailing services, Data management, Security products, warehousing, IT Support and Pick and Pack services.

They are looking to appoint a Business Manager with a strong sales background who can assist with the creation of both the Sales and Marketing plan as well as with the development of the solution internally and commercially.

Duties:

Deliver projected sales and assist with the development of the strategy and required infrastructure to support the strategy.
Supervision and support for the sales team in Sales and Marketing Directors absence.
New business sales, account management up-selling and cross selling to new client base.
Lead generation and appointment setting.
Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current.
