Account Manager - Direct Mail
Our client is a large Direct Mail organisation with a number of sites throughout the UK and Europe. They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to be an integral part of their business. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager you liaise with all internal departments & external suppliers (where necessary) to produce clients direct mail campaigns on schedule and to the highest possible standards.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase print or other items on behalf of the client.
- Raise detailed purchase orders for external suppliers.
- Raise the sales invoice as soon as the job is completed
- Deal with campaign over’s as soon as the job is completed
- Take the lead in client meetings, being both positive and pro-active.
- Liaise regularly with the Sales Representatives on all significant client developments.
- Produce quotations on behalf of the Sales Team when requested
- Cover a ‘quota’ of holiday cover when a Team Member is away.
- All employees are responsible for ensuring that the company’s policies, procedures and relevant IMS requirements are complied with, within their areas of responsibility and operation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, all internal departments, suppliers, clients third party suppliers.
