Senior Account Manager - Contact Centre Exp
Our client is a large privately owned Direct Mail, Fulfilment and Response Handling Company based in the South West. Due to new contract wins they require a Senior Account Manager to manage a small team of Account Managers / Executives and be responsible for accounts worth approximately £1.5 million. You will look after a range of accounts alongside your team across Direct Mail, Fulfilment and Response Handling / Contact Centre clients.
Day to day duties will include:
- Be the principle point of contact for your key clients; overseeing projects throughout the range of services required on a day to day basis whilst ensuring the client is kept fully informed.
- To manage, brief and support the process of all new accounts in your team.
- Ensure all briefs and specifications generated and services provided by yourself and your team conforms to all required and specified standards of quality.
- Be the initial point of escalation for any problems within your immediate team and assist in problem resolution and escalation.
- Ensure that all invoicing is carried out by you and your team within 48 hours of job completion.
- Ensure that all necessary purchase orders are raised by you and your team and all costs are covered.
- Responsible for the preparation of detailed written briefs and specifications as required, for Production, IT, Contact Centre and client.
You must have excellent communication / managerial skills along with knowledge of Database Management, Contact Centre Systems and Online / Digital Services.
