Client Development Manager
Our client is a large and well know E Commerce company with sites nationwide and are one of the UK's leading provider of outsourced contact centre solutions, offering intelligent customer communication to the private and public sectors.
They are currently looking for a Client Development Manager to join an existing Account Management team based in the East Midlands. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the management and business development of key client providing solutions to client requirements that in turn meet the company’s commercial targets and overall team objectives.
You must be highly motivated and able to work under pressure. Communication skills will need to be of the highest calibre as you will need to have the ability to communicate at all levels.
The successful candidate must be from an E Commerce / Contact Centre Solutions background.
