Account Manager - Direct Mail

Requirements of this role:
- You must be from a direct mail background
- Project management of client accounts from enquiry through to completion
- Manage client stocks
- Manage client relationships
- Advise of improved pack formats for production and cost efficiency
- Develop new accounts and maximise existing accounts where possible, whilst ensuring aprofessional and customer first approach
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolve any customer issues that arise in a timely and constructive manner
