Technical IT Analyst

Our client is a Direct Mail, Litho and Large and Small Format Digital Print Company, they are currently looking for a Technical IT Analyst to provide support across the business in relation to technical Hardware / Software / Network issues, covering all aspects of the businesses IT infrastructure. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships across all internal departments and clients alike. A core part of the position will be to provide internal support to the business for the creation of HTTP, JavaScript, SQL, XML, applications or queries for use internally and on customer W2P and PURL/Email campaign management.

Key responsibilities:

Creation of Integration systems between W2P and internal infrastructure systems
Development and support of internal intranet facility
Creation of HTTP in support of W2P and business requirements for Web presence
Provide expertise on data cleansing techniques and the creation of complex direct mail application using Document Designer Advanced (Prinet)
Review and maintain company policy in relation to Spam/Blacklisting/Virus
Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure
Software & Hardware repairs and renewals
Software updates and Licence administration
Review, assess and continually improve company IT policy
Continual improvements in the use of IT to improve business performance in all areas.

The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role and will possess proven software technical skills to perform the core duties of the role. IT qualification / Print or Creative Design background would be useful but is not essential
